Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however for whatever reason, you may return your unused items within 7 days of receiving your original order for a full refund for the items ordered.

Conditions of return

  • You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, please contact us at tavvhome@gmail.com. Please ensure you have you order number to hand and include the order number and the date the order was placed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Incorrect/incomplete address

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided upon placing an order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect/incomplete. If you notice, that wrong address was entered, please notify us as as soon as possible by sending us an email to tavvhome@gmail.com. No changes can be made after the order has been dispatched.

In cases where orders are returned to seller due to the address being incomplete/incorrect, the shipping charges are not refundable and additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
